The Municipal Court is regularly scheduled for the second and fourth Tuesdays of the month. Court convenes at 6:30 pm on those days in the Chamber at City Hall. 

Prepayable Offenses
Prepayable offenses must be paid with cash, money order, or cashier's check. No personal checks prior to court will be accepted. The payment must be paid by 5:00 pm on the scheduled court date. Please contact the Court Clerk (816) 632-2177 if you have any questions.

Required Court Appearances
These offenses require a court appearance and are outside the authority of the Court Clerk:

• Any violation resulting in personal injury or property damage
• Operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated or under the influence of intoxicants of drugs
• Operating a vehicle with a counterfeited, altered, suspended, or revoked license
• Fleeing or attempting to elude an officer
• Any other traffic offense not previously listed

Missouri public case information is available through the Internet at CASENET. The public can view court calendar information and specific case information, including party name, issuance and service of warrants and summons, scheduled hearings, trials, pending allegations or charges where the defendant is found guilty and sentence information.

Closed confidential cases are not available to the public.
